Step By Step Instruction on Free Customization

Free Customization FAQ

Please read this carefully to have full clarity on what we do under Free Customization!

  1. We add your channel name in the same font and color as the package. These names are added to banners and screens.
  2. We can add your logo if you have one in a transparent version in the same places or based on your requirement.
  3. We will also add social media handle names with their icons in your desired places in the package.
  1. No Color Scheme Changes
  2. No Animation Changes
  3. No Customizations for Emotes, Sub-Badges, and Stinger Transitions as these are created to be used as is.
  4. No new creation apart from the packages.
  5. No Free Customization is offered for the All Access Pass holders.

Well, we do. But not here in TGS. We have an established footprint on a different site where we only provide custom creations from scratch. See below for more information.

Please Follow The Steps As Mentioned Below For Free Customization

  • After Purchase You will get an email with your user name & password
  • You will also get another email with your Unique Payment ID & Receipt ID
  • Orlook for the Unique Payment ID and Unique Receipt ID in your Purchase History
  • Login to your members area with your email ID & Password into TGS Portal
  • After login, you will see your avtar icon on the upper right corner under menu bar
  • Hover over your mouse on the Avatar and you will see "Raise a ticket" option
  • Click on "Raise a Ticket" Option and on the support dasboard click on create new
  • In the Category Drop Down, Select "Free Customization". The Form will now change
  • In the subject field write "Free Customization Request"
  • In The Channel Name Field mention your Channel Name & Platform Name
  • In the Unique Payment ID field, type your Unique Payment ID received
  • In the Unique Receipt ID field, type your Unique Receipt ID received
  • In Social Media Handles Field, mention your social media handles and their platform
  • Click both the check boxes and hit submit. Your ticket will be created.
  • Post ticket creation wait for our reply for any clarifications.
  • Once we start working on customization, it will take 48 to 72 hours to deliver your package.
  • Meanwhile you can always download the original package ordered and start using.
